Scheduling, service & payment

How recurring service works and what to expect from our crew.

What can I expect on service day?

The day before your service, you'll get a text reminder from our scheduling system. Please note it comes from a non-monitored number — don't reply to it. For questions, rescheduling, or concerns, contact our office directly at (402) 937-3803.

Before the crew arrives, please make sure your gate is unlocked and the lawn is cleared of debris. Routes are optimized each morning, and our crew won't disturb you on arrival unless you've asked them to.

How do I request an additional service or a quote?

Our crews may not carry every piece of equipment for every service on their daily route. To request additional work or get a quote for something new, call our office at (402) 937-3803. We can schedule a separate visit or leave instructions for the crew.

How is the first service or a drop-in mow priced?

If a lawn is overgrown (roughly 6 inches or more) or not in a maintained state, the initial service or a drop-in mow is charged at $1 per man-minute, with a minimum equal to the regular quoted rate for that service. This is a one-time charge that only applies if the work takes longer than estimated. Once you're on a recurring schedule, your normal quoted rate applies.

What is your skip / cancellation policy?

You'll receive a text reminder around 6am the day before your scheduled service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know that day.

Because our routes are optimized for each crew every day, we can't accept same-day skips or cancellations. A same-day notice — or instructing the crew to skip after they've arrived — will be billed at the regular service rate.

What is your pet policy?

For safety and liability reasons, our crew won't service areas where unsecured pets are present. If you'd like, we can notify you when the crew is en route so pets can be secured. If pets are in the backyard at the time of service, only the front yard will be serviced and the full service amount will still be billed.

What if the crew can't access the backyard?

If the crew arrives and can't get into the backyard because of a locked gate or unsecured pets, only the front yard will be serviced and the full service amount is still billed. If you request a return visit, a $10 trip fee — or a fee equal to the time the property is off that route's schedule — will be added to the invoice.

When is payment due and how do I pay?

Payment is due within 48 hours of invoicing. A $10 late fee applies after 48 hours unless prior arrangements are made, and after 10 days of non-payment a $10 weekly late fee is added until the balance is paid.

Invoices are sent by text or email with a secure payment link. You can also set up automatic payment by securely storing a card or bank account on file — just call our office at (402) 937-3803 to arrange it. Payment by check is welcome as well; arrange details with our office.

Are there any additional fees I should know about?
  • Returned payment fee: $25 for any returned payment due to incorrect account info or insufficient funds.
  • Bagging fee: A fee may apply for overgrown lawns (6 inches or more) to ensure a clean cut and protect our equipment.
  • Pet waste fee: Please pick up pet waste before service. A minimum $20 fee applies if the crew needs to clean it up — this keeps equipment clean and prevents cross-contamination between properties.
General Questions

Lawn care, the Central Texas way

Practical answers about caring for your lawn in Georgetown and the surrounding area.

How often should I mow my lawn?

Most Georgetown lawns need mowing weekly during the spring and fall growing seasons. During summer heat, grass grows more slowly and may only need cutting every 10–14 days.

What affects lawn mowing frequency in summer?

Heat stress slows grass growth significantly during Georgetown summers. Mowing less frequently and at higher blade settings helps grass retain moisture and survive extreme temperatures.

Do you offer both residential and commercial lawn maintenance?

Yes. We handle recurring maintenance for single-family homes and acreage as well as commercial properties like HOAs, office parks, banks and daycares. Call us and we'll build the right plan for your property.

What does irrigation maintenance include?

We check sprinkler systems for leaks and coverage, make seasonal adjustments, handle repairs and winterize your system to protect it. A well-tuned system reduces water waste while keeping your lawn evenly watered.

Can lawn treatments make my grass greener?

Yes. Seasonal fertilization and weed control build a thicker, greener, healthier lawn over time. We tailor treatments to Central Texas turf and the time of year for the best results.

Why is recurring landscape maintenance worth it?

Regular bed upkeep, mulching and trimming keep your landscape looking sharp and catch small issues before they grow. Consistent maintenance protects the investment you've already made in your yard.

What areas do you serve?
