Policy and Booking Information
What to Expect
You will receive a text message from our scheduling system (Aspire Crew Control) the day before your
service is scheduled. Please note this message is from a non-monitored number—do not reply. For
questions, concerns, or rescheduling requests, contact our office directly at 402-937-3803.
Please ensure your gate is unlocked and the lawn is cleared of debris before our crew’s arrival. Routes
are optimized each morning, and the crew will not disturb you upon arrival unless requested.
Requesting Additional Services
Our crews may not have all the necessary equipment for every service on their daily routes. To request
additonal services or receive a quote, please contact our office via email. We can schedule a separate
visit or provide instructions for the crew.

First Service Policy
Initial services and drop-in mowing services are charged at $1 per man-minute if the lawn is overgrown (6
inches + inches or more) or not in a maintained state. This is a one-time charge if the service takes longer than
estimated.

minimum charge equal to the regularly quoted rate per service.

Customer Skip/Cancellation Policy
You will receive a text reminder at 6am the day before your scheduled service. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us that day.
Any notifications made the day of service will result in the regular service fee being charged to the customer. We do not accept same-day skips or cancellations, as our routes are optimized to fit each crew every day.
Same-day cancellations will incur the regular rate of service fee. If the crew arrives and is instructed to skip service, the regular scheduled service rate will be charged.
Pet Policy
For safety and liability reasons, the crew will not service areas where unsecured pets are present. If requested, we can notify you when the crew is en route so pets can be secured.
If pets are left in the backyard at the time of service, only the front yard will be serviced. The full service amount will still be billed.
Trip Fee Policy
If the crew arrives and is unable to access the backyard due to a locked gate or unsecured pets, only the front yard will be serviced. The full service amount will still be billed.
If a return visit is requested, a $10 trip fee, or a fee equivalent to the amount of time the property is off that route’s schedule, will be added to the invoice.
Payment Policy
Payment is due within 48 hours of invoicing. A $10 late fee will be applied after 48 hours unless prior arrangements are made.
After 10 days of non-payment, a $10 weekly late fee will be added until the balance is paid.
Payment Options
Invoices are sent via text or email with a secure payment link through Aspire Crew Control.
Customers may request automatic payment by securely storing card or bank information on file. Please call our office to set up this option.

Additional Fees
Returned Payment Fee: A $25 fee will be charged for any returned payment due to incorrect account information or insufficient funds.
Bagging Fee: A fee may apply for overgrown lawns (6 inches or more) to ensure a high-quality cut and protect our equipment.
Pet Waste Fee: Please ensure pet waste is picked up before service. A minimum $20 pet waste fee will apply if the crew needs to clean up pet waste before mowing. This helps maintain clean equipment and prevents cross-contamination between properties.
